I did it! – Lena

Once again, I didn’t make any big changes but I tried to make better choices. If I did have to eat fast food, I tried to get less than I thought would need to make me full, because I usually don’t need as much as I think I do.

Oh, and I joined a gym. I have my initial evaluation and my first training session on Tuesday. I’m excited! I don’t want the guy kicking my butt; I’ll probably quit sooner if he does. I do want some basic stuff to do to help me get in shape.

So, seems I’m doing things right so far. I’m not feeling deprived and I’m losing weight. Yay! Let’s hope it keeps up. :-D
